Check-out time: 12:00 at noon
* Early check in before 8:00 at morning: 100% of room rate surcharge, because hotel must be keeping a room from yesterday night until next day.
* Early check in after 10:00 morning if the room are availability (with free of charge)
* Late check out from 12:00 at noon until 14:00: 30% of room rate surcharge.
* Late check out from 14:00 until before 16:30: 50% of room rate surcharge.
* Late check out after 16:30: 100% of room rate surcharge.
EARLY ARRIVALS & LATE DEPARTURES
If your arrival is early in the day and you prefer immediate access to
your room, we recommend reserving for the prior night to guarantee
immediate access. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an
additional night will guarantee access until you leave the Hotel. If you
choose not to reserve, we will be glad to store your bags and seating
at lobby area for you to freshen up.
GUARANTEED RESERVATIONS & DEPOSITS:
Credit card with full billing details of cardholder to guarantee the
reservation at the time of booking. Hotel reserves the right to cancel
the booking if the card used for the guarantee is declined by the
issuer.
Depending on the dates of your reservation, a deposit by credit card is required to secure your guaranteed booking:
Peak Season - Full Payment during for reservations in Peak Season will
be charged to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation, Ten (
10 ) days prior to the arrival date.
Shoulder/High Season - Credit card details, including card number plus
the 3 or 4-digit CVV2 number, cardholder name, billing address and card
validity, is required at the time of making a reservation. The card
will be charged a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total reservation
twenty (10) days prior to the arrival date.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
• More than 05 days before arrival - full refund.
• Less than 05 days before arrival – the deposit is Not Refundable and 01 nights will be charged for in addition. (1 night for a 1 – 3 nights reservation).
• Cancellation on the day of arrival, no show or departure prior to the scheduled departure date – 50% of the balance will be charged for in addition.
